Both terminals at Narita have ATMs and money exchange counters in the lobbies near Customs. Both terminals also have a Japan National Tourist Organization Information Center, where you can get free maps and other tourist information. Directly across from the customs-area exits are the ticket counters for Narita Limousine bus.
Buses leave from platforms just outside the terminal exits. The Airport Limousine is a shuttle bus service from Narita to Tokyo. The Bus stops at various major hotels in Tokyo and at the JR Tokyo and Shinjuku train stations.
