Is It Worth It? If you plan on spending most of your time in Tokyo, then perhaps the Rail pass is not for you. Note that the Rail Pass does not include Tokyo Subway.On the other hand, if you plan on going to Kyoto for a few days, the ticket to Kyoto and back on the Shinkansen (Bullet Train) will cost as much as a 7 day pass, so in that case its worth it.
