Tokyo International Anime Fair Tokyo is the capital of Japanese Animation in the world. The international Anime fair is the world's largest expo of the anime industry, which is held every spring at the Tokyo Big Sight.
Marking its 6th year since it started in 2002, this four-day event takes place 25 - 28 Mar 2010.
This Tokyo event has been organized by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and related businesses and groups.
In addition to exhibition booths of participating Anime businesses, there is a variety of events including special stage performances and Anime movie showings. During the fair, the outstanding Anime works of the year are awarded.
