Hello,
Need your suggestions on Tokyo Hotel picks. I will travel by myself in Tokyo for Cherry Blossom Festival on Apr 5th. From your site, It seems Rikugien Garden is one Top pick, right? Thanks.

Rikugien Garden is indeed the loveliest Japanese style Garden in Tokyo.
The atmosphere is so magnificent and quiet it's hard to believe you're in the middle of busy Tokyo city. It brings back all images you have about Ancient Japanese culture, you feel like you're stepping back in time.
Don't forget to stop at the tiny Tea-House overlooking the pond, and enjoy Matcha Green Tea and some Japanese sweets.
I don't think it's necessary to find a Hotel next to Rikugien Garden. Tokyo Subway is so efficient and easy to use, you'll find all Tokyo locations are conveniently connected by the underground.
But I'd like to point out that there is a difference between the locations for Hotels in Tokyo Japan.
Tokyo is a very safe city for travelers.
But not all areas were created equal.
Personally I would choose
Marunouchi Hotels or
Ginza Hotels as a nice pleasant location, and very well connected by train too.
