Tokyo Disneyland/Tokyo Disney Sea are special places for us, too!

Whether you are with your friends or family you can make the day something special. That's Tokyo Disneyland (TDL) and Tokyo Disney Sea (TDS).
It doesn't matter whether you like Disney characters or amusement park or not, because once you get there, you'll find yourself having fun as if you were back to your childhood.
In other words, even though these places are located somewhere near Tokyo, the extraordinary atmosphere they offer gives us the impression as if we had come to wonderland or a foreign country.
In fact, many Japanese people become repeat guests. They just never get bored once they try it once.
It's just like a magic or a spell. It happens every time I go there.
In my case, I take the train to get there, and I always feel as if the spell has expired while I am back home.
I've never stayed in a official Disney hotel, because I can still go back home by train within the day after they close, but I believe the best thing is to stay over at Hotel Miracosta.
In this way you can have 1 day for Tokyo Disneyland, another day for Tokyo Disney Sea and the spell will last much longer!
With the "fast pass" you don't have to wait hours at popular attractions, unlike old days.
I always try to plan beforehand which fast pass I should get and which attractions I should go to while I wait for the pass.
Parade and show in a daytime and at night also deserve to be watched. But in order to get a good place, you have to hold a place 2 hours before the parade starts, especially when there are good ones!
There are some couples that break up at Tokyo Disney Resort because they have to spend long hours waiting for attractions, parade and show. They eventually lose conversation while they have to spend too many hours of just waiting.
If you have to choose either Tokyo Disneyland or Tokyo Disney Sea, then Tokyo Disney Sea is more romantic, especially at night.
If you are going there with a boyfriend/girlfriend, I’d definitely recommend TDS.
My favorite attractions at Tokyo Disneyland are:
-Pirates of Caribbean
-Splash Mountain
-Big Thunder Mountain
-It's a Small World
-Space Mountain
My favorite attractions at Tokyo Disney Sea are:
-Indiana Jones Adventure
-Tower of Terror
-Disney transit steamer line
There are some attractions I have never tried yet.
Also, I have only visited there during spring and autumn because I feel like avoiding hot, humid summer and cold winter season.
This however means I miss their seasonal events such as “Christmas fantasy”.
While in Tokyo Disneyland or Tokyo Disney Sea, I usually feel like shopping,. For example, Mickey Mouse apparel to wear as my mind is obsessed with Disney.
But on my way back home in the train I realize that was a spell - I don't need a Mickey Mouse hat in my daily life!
Most of the Japanese cookies from Tokyo Disney Resort taste OK, but some are really bad. When I buy cakes and candies from there, I’ll try to choose kawaii containers rather than what I am going to eat.
I’m not a Disney character fan but their souvenir shops are very tempting.
Just writing this made me feel like visiting there again!!
